01. Hello Petra! How are you? In the mood for answering a few questions…? I really hope so…
Hello Negru, here is Petra, with answers to your interview! I am glad that I can hear from you again, but now with your questions!

02. To start the interview a little bit under the impression of professionalism… maybe you could present us a little bit your activity in the Metal Scene from over there in Czech Republic?
From Czech metal scene, I sang in doom metal band Mythopoeia, I also sang in hard rock band Gallery of Dead Batteries, with members of Czech black metal band Root! I played bass in pagan black metal band Dagorlad!! I sang in hard rock band Tao and now I'm vocalist of crossover band Defuse. Then I played guitar in death black band Dysmenore from Slovakia, I sang in doom metal band Sanity also from Slovakia where I was still in 3 bands there. In Czech there are many good bands like Avenger, Root, Trollech, to name a few!

03. After that I would like to go a little bit back it time, so that you could speak a little bit about your childhood, about some important event that marked your later evolution…
In my early years, I could sense spiritual energy around me, good or bad, from this came my interest in energy, and this helped me to find some real meaning for myself!!!

04. Were the signs of the present you in there for a long time?
From my beginning, I loved music!!! From music came my biggest desire!!! It helped me more so with my creativity, and also at a young age I loved to be photographed!!!! For me, these are the 2 things that are very important to me!!!!!

05. How did you get in contact with the Metal Music, and what do you think fascinated you so much to stay within it for such a long time?
In my first band, when I was fifteen years old!! The band was called INFECTION SENSES! The other people in the band would often talk of bands from Norway!! Like Mayhem, Immortal, Darkthrone, Emperor! From this, I started getting into more underground bands!! I love Brutal, Atmospheric, Black, Doom, METAL!!!

06. How do you see the music as a whole? Do you have an instrument you prefer playing at, or there are a few of those?
I love music in general, all kinds of music, and music will always be around, no matter what styles!! I love playing the guitar, and I love to sing more so than anything! I can also play the bass!!!

07. What kind of music do you listen to privately? It is just Metal, or you enjoy also something different?
In my personal time, I listen to a variety of music, from Hole, Great Kat, Doro Pesch, Bathory, Moonspell, My Dying Bride, Emperor, Satyricon, Liv Christine, Theatre of Tragedy, Behemoth, Serberus, Enslaved, Exhumed, Aghast, Mythic, Sentenced, Absu, Cradle of Filth, Ancient, Immortal, Limbonic Art, Susperia, Orphanage, and many more! As you can see, I listen to everything!

08. Do you have a feminine row model that inspired you in your activity?
In my life, there are 2 role models, Doro Pesch and Courtney Love!! I like Courtney and Doro for who they are. 2 completely different role models, one from the metal world, and the other from the other music world!!!!

09. I’d say it’s fair to say you present us a rather provocative image through your photos. But, are you the same provocative even after the flashes are gone?
In these photos, I show what is in my inside!!!! It is more than an IMAGE! IT'S ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!



10. How do the peoples approach you privately after seeing your photos?
People ask me about music, my photos, emotions and feelings, and about my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11. Are you doing some practice to stay in a good shape, or you’re just like that from the nature?
My body is very important to me, of course, I always try to be natural. I always give good care to my body!!!

12. Do you have a certain photographer you exclusively work with, or you work with different persons? Have you done modeling school or something like that, or you learned everything on your own?
My friend Jan Melsa, is my photographer!! I learned make-up from modeling school. Everything other for photos like posing, I learned from myself!!

13. It seems also you‘re doing all the make-up on your own? Is that hard? I guess make-up is by now quite an art of its own isn’t it? What you think about the make-up you usually see on the Black Metal bands?
The make-up, I make for my photos is sometimes very difficult and also it takes time! In my opinion, people from black metal bands want to show DEATH, DARKNESS, AND EVIL with war paint!!

14. You seem to have a particular fascination for places such as old ruins, castles, savage landscapes, old arms and other stuff like that… Why do you think it that so?
For me, this is the best, for me, very spiritual! I love CASTLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love atmosphere on Castles, in Nature! I feel there like a real vampire, and also at the same time REAL ESSENCE!!!!!!!!!! Also I love old arms! All these stuffs give to me BIG POWER!! EUROPEAN NATURE is like me PURE AND WILD!!!!!!!!!

15. I saw you did plenty of photos around such locations and with such accessories. Maybe you could share with us some of you interesting experiences around them, some of your preferred places…
My Favorite places to make photos are in Slovakia, MAINLY CACHTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MY PERSONAL FAVORITE (HOME OF ELIZABETH BATHORY)!!!!! I ALSO LOVE TO PHOTOGRAPH AT BECKOV CASTLE, DEVIN CASTLE, GUTSTEJN CASTLE, RABI CASTLE, AND LIETAVA CASTLE!!!!!! AND MANY MORE!!!!!!! OF COURSE!!!

16. Do you think they can offer a certain inspiration or spiritual strength to a person?
Of course, Castles are very spiritual, I think that if more people really appreciated castles like I, They would also feel so much more energy!!!!!

17. You also said you have a fascination for vampires and other similar creatures, and for the whole Transilvanian landscape… Not that I couldn’t see some reasons for such a fascination… Do you plan to visit us around here some day?
I believe in Vampires and Ghosts, and in the Transylvanian Landscape, there is an energy that creates these feelings and creates vampiric desires!! Someday, I would love to visit Romania, I want to feel the energy from the land!!!!



18. Could you present us a little bit the Czech Metal Scene? Any interesting bands, clubs, festivals going on over there that you could mention?
In Czech, there are a lot of fests, various bands, various styles, mainly black, doom, and grind! In Slovakia, there are mostly death metal bands!!

19. What do you think about the feminist movement? Are you interested on it? How about the Metal Scene? Do you think women have the place they deserve over there? Did you have any problems being women, or on the contrary, this helped you?
I like the fact that women want to make something, but I hate if all they want is to show that they are more good than men, or try to impress them!!! I like women who play in metal, but I hate if all they show is that they are man! I did sing and play guitar in 2 female bands Infection Senses and in Tao. Yes, everybody who wants to make something deserves a chance!!! No, No, problems with bands!

20. Have you listen to some interesting music lately, read something new? What you enjoy doing when you’re on your own?
On my own, I listen to Hole, Great Kat, Doro Pesch, Moonspell, Immortal, Aghast, Emperor, Perverse God, Liv Christine, Korn!! AMONG OTHERS! I like to read books on Psychology, Vampires, Spiritual Energy!!! Preparing stuffs for my photos, AND DANCING!!

21. Do you manage to live out of you musical/model work, or do you have another job to live out of?
I make some money from modeling, music, but I work with computers. I have also modeled lingerie for money!!
